Who we are
Sintence is developed and operated by an independent developer (“we”). Contact: sintence.official@gmail.com.
What data we process
1. Riot Games API data about matches and players
PUUID, Riot ID, rank, champion mastery and match data from the Riot Games API. It is stored on the Sintence server to compute statistics and to cache API responses.
2. Users of the app
- A random installation token. The server stores only its hash.
- Your Riot ID as reported by the game client.
- The app version and the time of last activity.
IP addresses are not stored in the database. Web server logs are rotated by size and are not used to identify users.
3. On your computer
The app keeps its work log and the data of its embedded browser (WebView2) in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Sintence. The installation token is kept in Windows Credential Manager.
Why we process it
Only to provide the features of the app.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell data. Requests to the Riot Games API are made through the Sintence server.
How long we keep it

Aggregated build statistics contain no player identifiers.
Deleting your data
E-mail sintence.official@gmail.com with your Riot ID. Within 30 days we delete and anonymize your data and stop collecting it. Deleted data leaves our backups within 14 days. After that Sintence shows your profile as “Profile closed”. We also fulfil deletion requests forwarded to us by Riot Games.
Your rights
You can ask us by e-mail to access, correct or delete your data.
Children
Sintence is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by the law of your country (for example, 16 in some EU countries).
